Carolines apple cake

• 200 grams Brown Caster Sugar
• 200 grams Butter
• 200 grams Self Raising Flour
• 1 Egg
• 4 Apples

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Melt butter and mix with sugar
3. Mix eggs and flour
4. Combine eggs and flour mix with butter and sugar mix
5. Put in cake tin and spread apples over the top.
6. Cook for 35-45 Minutes and check color
